Here are the Manna papers.  It seems to me that you had better write
the letter of transmittal to the Deanery since you have the arguments
about why it should be a senior position.

Missing are:	1)  correspondence between the dean and provost and
2)  there will be a letter from Sacerdoti to replace his ARPANET message,
but the replacement can be made whenever the letter catches up with the
papers.
